Jeremy Lin is on the move again.

As first reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Nets have agreed to send point guard Jeremy Lin to Atlanta as the precursor to another trade with the Denver Nuggets.

The Nets will acquire Kenneth Faried, Darrell Arthur, a protected 2019 first round pick and a future second round pick from the Denver Nuggets.
