Divers ready to save remaining five Thais

"The 12 Wild Boars and coach have emerged from the cave and they are safe", the Thai navy SEAL unit said on its official Facebook page.

The plight of the boys and their coach has drawn worldwide attention since they became trapped when they went into the cave after soccer practice on June 23. Rescue operations have halted for the night and will restart on Tuesday. Divers tried to train them with basic diving skills as a part of mission to extract them from the flooded cave after they were found on July 2.

Each of the rescued boys has been guided through the dark winding cave by a pair of divers. Four additional boys, along with their 25-year-old soccer coach, remain in the cave and await the next round of rescues, CNN reported.

Seven divers in the rescue team are from the United Kingdom, including Rick Stanton and John Volanthen who were the first to reach the group last week.

A Reuters witness saw four people being carried out of the Tham Luang cave on stretchers separately on Tuesday, the third day of the rescue operation.

But crews continue to work with the knowledge that additional monsoon rains could threaten the operation and put the remaining kids and their coach in peril.

The rescue mission began at 10 a.m. Tuesday. He initially sprung into action and started communicating with Thai officials and engineers to assist with the rescue at the behest of Twitter users. "Everyone is in high spirits and are happy to get out". Four of them were rescued from the flooded Tham Luang cave on Sunday and the other four on Monday.

"The kids are footballers, so they have high immune systems", Jedsada told a news conference. "Four plus one coach, so it's five".

According to Thai Navy Seals rescuers, the last member of the team was brought out safely from the cave on the evening of July 10. The heaviest rain tends to fall in late summer. They were also able to talk on the phone.

Further footage released by the Thai Navy SEAL to Thai media also reveals the daring rescue mission.

SpaceX and Tesla chief executive Elon Musk said he went to the cave with a miniature submarine to try and help the boys.

Musk posted videos and photos of divers testing out the submarine in a Los Angeles pool.
