World's ugliest dog dies weeks after winning title

The nine-year-old canine died in her sleep Tuesday morning, owner Megan Brainard of Anoka, Minnesota told United States media.

According to the Facebook page created for the canine celebrity from Anoka, Minnesota, Zsa Zsa passed away in her sleep overnight. It's kind of like when she won (the World's Ugliest Dog contest).

Zsa Zsa went from enduring years living in a puppy mill to being adopted by a family and finally to winning fame and fans. Despite her dog's appearance, Brainard proudly boasted, "She is so handsome in my eyes". Brainard says the dog was staying with her father and he found she had passed away when he got up in the morning. Her family took home $1,500.

The nine-year-old English Bulldog whose lolling tongue and crooked underbite made her the victor back in June died in her sleep, the post stated.

Leicester will receive around £60m for the Algeria worldwide - some way short of their £80m asking price in January. But a deal has now been agreed - Sky Sports claim - with a medical lined up in the coming days.

"I picked Zsa Zsa up and took her outside and laid her down in the grass", she said.

"She's so attractive - ugly", Ms Brainard said after winning the title against some stiff worldwide competition. "We were all saying our goodbyes". She said the 9-year-old English bulldog's death has been "devastating".

After winning the annual contest in California, Zsa Zsa and her entourage flew to NY for an appearance on NBC's "Today Show".

Zsa Zsa is a testament to the horrifying process of inbreeding that sapped the English bulldog gene pool of its diversity, but, thankfully, she won the unusual competition.
