The visit brightened the day not just for the patients but for the staff as well as evidenced by a photo shared on Twitter by pediatric nephrologist Patty Seo-Mayer thanking Gadot for her kindness. That's the case when it comes to Gal Gadot, whose portrayal of Wonder Woman has endeared her to moviegoers of all ages.

Actress Gal Gadot surprised patients at a Virginia children's hospital on Friday while dressed in her "Wonder Woman" costume.

Wonder Woman 1984 hits theaters November 1, 2019. "Next time, can you align your visit with my call schedule?"

The actress, 33, arrived to cheer up some of the kids being treated at Inova Children's Hospital in Annadale, Va., according to Variety.
