Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Reach New Custody Agreement

Brad Pitt will be getting visitation time with his children this summer as a judge has ordered Angelina Jolie to fix his relationship with their six kids.

Court documents obtained by the website say that "not having a relationship with their father is harmful" to the six children.

The judge's orders also requires Jolie to give Pitt the kids' cell phone numbers and allow him to call them; they also clarify that she is not allowed to read their texts to their dad.

According to the court documents, Pitt will now have more time with his children - 14-year-old Pax, 13-year-old Zahara, 12-year-old Shiloh and 9-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - over the summer, while 16-year-old Maddox, "because of his age and maturity", can determine how much time he wants to spend with his father. From June 27 to July 1, he will get custody for 10 hours per day.

Pitt will have custody of the kids from June 8 until June 17 for four hours per day while he's in London, where Jolie has a rental home. Then, at some point between July 8 and July 14, Pitt will have custody of all of the younger children over a consecutive four-day period.

Jolie, who filed for divorce from Pitt in the fall of 2016, is being accused of keeping the clan away from their father and making it hard for him to call them.

The schedule doesn't include Maddox, 16, because he's older and the judge has decided that he should decide on his own how much time he wants to spend with his father.

It looks like it's not going to get any better for her, either, because once her former beau touches back down in Los Angeles, he can decide where to stay with the kids, so long as he makes arrangements for their visits with therapists and doctors. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, and, he must pay for their transportation.

Glass also said: "It's a rare case where the court will find that someone alienated the kids".

Jolie, 42, specifically is frustrated that their custody issues continue to drag on, stalling the couple's ability to finalize their divorce, Page Six reported.

Oh, and when the kids are with Pitt, their mother is restricted to one phone call a day at a pre-arranged time agreed to by both parties.

Brad will have several more periods of access to the kids through July and early August, with another court hearing set for August 13 to determine next steps. "They worked out an agreement that was mutually acceptable".

'Brad is opposed to that and is blocking it from happening, ' a source told E!
