Former FBI Director James Comey opens up in interview

"I think he's morally unfit to be president", Comey declared.

On Monday, the president accused Comey and former Federal Bureau of Investigation deputy director Andrew McCabe of having "committed many crimes".

"There's something more important than that that should unite all of us, and that is our president must embody respect and adhere to the values that are at the core of this country", Comey said."The most important being truth. This president is not able to do that".

If ABC News' Sunday night special about James Comey felt condensed, that's because almost five hours of interview was compressed into an hour-long program.

Before the interview was even released Trump was criticizing Comey, even calling him a slime ball on Twitter while the Republican National Committee launched a website to discredit the ex-FBI director. Hosko took particular exception with Comey's detailed description of President Donald Trump's appearance, including his likely use of tanning goggles, his hand size, and the length of his ties.

That said, Comey's coherent broadside drives the Trump camp to play games of political Twister.

Recounting a key section of his book, Comey said that in a meeting in February 2017, Trump asked Comey to drop the FBI's investigation of Michael Flynn, who had recently resigned as his national security adviser. Comey writes that Trump is "ego-driven and about personal loyalty", going on to compare him to a mafia boss who demands loyalty.

Konami Just Announced 'Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls' for iOS Devices in Japan
Castlevania lives, but not on consoles, as Konami reveals the surprisingly interesting-looking iOS game Grimoire Of Souls . But a well done side-scrolling Castlevania title for Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One would do incredible well I assume.

Comey's book, which leaked out last week ahead of its official release Tuesday, takes on the president who fired him in May 2017 over the troubling Russian Federation election meddling investigation, a probe that poses a deep threat to Trump's 15-month-old presidency. So far, 19 people — including Flynn and Trumps former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort —have been charged in the investigation.

Mueller has so far charged 19 people during his investigation, including Trump's former campaign manager Paul Manafort and campaign aides Rick Gates and George Papadopoulos.

Rogers said he is also "disappointed" in Comey, who he has always considered a decent and honorable man.

"One of the leaked excerpts from Comey's memoir states, "[Trump's] face appeared slightly orange with bright white half-moons under his eyes where I assumed he placed small tanning goggles, and impressively coiffed, bright blonde hair, which upon close inspection looked to be all his... After facing widespread backlash at the time, Trump apologized for comments he made on the recording - in which he bragged about sexually assaulting women and "grabbing them by the p-y" - but went on to repeatedly dismiss them as "locker room talk". Russian Federation has denied interfering in the election and Trump has denied any collusion or improper activity. But he said that in Trump's case, he could not discount the possibility that the president had been compromised. And if possible, ask yourselves, "What would I have done, and why?"

"I worked with him as chairman; never had any issue, would never question his voracity", Rogers said.

"Morally unfit." Former FBI director James Comey recently sat down with ABC News' George Stephanopoulos for his first TV interview since he was sacked by President Donald Trump in May 2017.

In his tweet, Trump says: "Unbelievably, James Comey states that Polls, where Crooked Hillary was leading, were a factor in the handling (stupidly) of the Clinton Email probe". "What am I going to do?" he responded. "That she's going to be elected president, and if I hide this from the American people, she'll be illegitimate the moment she's elected, the moment this comes out". The opinions expressed in this commentary are his.
