Bears to sign WR Allen Robinson

Jacksonville Jaguarsreceiver Allen Robinsonintends to sign with the Chicago Bearson a three-year, $42 million deal barring any last-minute snags when free agency opens Wednesday, he told ESPN's Josina Anderson late Monday night.

Robinson is coming off a knee injury, but Blanton is still convinced that signing him will bring more good than harm to the Bears. He believes the Bears have to offer at least $15 million a year to bring Robinson to Chicago. To know that he did that without anything close to a top-tier wide receiver is impressive, though it's still a relatively small sample size.

Dominique Blanton of Da Windy City said that the Bears should make a strong push to acquire Robinson in free agency. After that, restricted free agents who earn tenders are only allowed to negotiate with the franchise they played for this past season.

How do you feel about the current state of the Bears? He played for new coach Matt Nagy with the Chiefs.

$470 billion trade war looms over OECD's optimistic global outlook
The OECD blamed the UK's position on high inflation dampening consumer demand and continued uncertainty about Brexit. The Paris-based organization had expected growth to be 1.2 percent in 2018 and 1.0 percent in 2019.

Robinson will be one of several new pieces Chicago puts around second-year quarterback Mitchell Trubisky this offseason.

Looking back over the last five years, there have been 119 wide receivers who have seen at least 115 targets in a season. That leaves just seven wide receivers who finished outside the "startable" range in leagues that start three wide receivers. Kendall Wright led Chicago with 59 receptions for 614 yards with one touchdown last season as their top two receivers, Kevin White and Cameron Meredith, both went down to season-ending injuries. If Trubisky is going to take a step forward in his career in 2018, Robinson is going to be a massive part of it.

But at 24, Robinson fits the Bears' rebuilding plans.
